Data Management Analyst

Conduct daily tracking of system-generated reports to identify late, missing, or incomplete payroll data files across assigned client accounts. Review transmission error logs and client setups for data discrepancies and troubleshoot errors. Perform data application testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to verify file transformation rules and platform updates.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; or 1 to 3 years of experience in back-office operations or data auditing. Advanced English proficiency (B2 level required) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
