Lead 1P projects by diagnosing problems and facilitating design and resolution workshops. Implement and monitor success KPIs by connecting operations, product, and business. Act as a liaison between operational and commercial teams, interfacing with senior stakeholders in LATAM. Design interactive dashboards and reports to aid decision-making and automate processes.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields. Strong analytical and data-driven skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of SQL and Tableau is a plus. Experience in logistics and supply chain management is desirable, preferably with a background in consulting or product projects in tech companies.
