Lead one or more squads, ensuring predictability, quality, and delivery cadence. Develop and support Tech Leads in technical decisions, architecture, prioritization, and technical debt management. Manage incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement mitigation plans for a critical platform.
What We're Looking For
Experience leading technology teams, ideally with multiple squads or managing Tech Leads. Strong technical background in .NET Core / .NET 6+, RESTful APIs, and microservices. Familiarity with AWS, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD, and relational/NoSQL databases.
