Business Analyst Junior+ [Customer Care – Individual Products, Mexico]

Oversee support for individual customers using debit products. Define and track key metrics such as resolution time and customer satisfaction. Identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in customer care processes. Collaborate with product and operations teams to keep agent processes and interfaces updated.

1+ year of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar product role. Understanding of product development lifecycle and business analysis fundamentals. Ability to communicate effectively with designers, engineers, and business stakeholders. B2 or higher English level for effective communication.
