Advise and guide clients on financial and non-financial solutions, ensuring proactive customer service. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products and policies, and assist clients with sales and post-sales transactions. Promote digital adoption and self-management among clients, while ensuring compliance with security policies.

Must be a student or graduate of a technical, technological, or professional program, preferably in administrative or finance-related fields. Required experience in commercial roles and the financial sector, with knowledge of credit portfolios and financial products. Proficiency in office tools like Excel and PowerPoint is essential.

You will receive 14.12 legal salaries and 4.28 extralegal salaries guaranteed annually, along with variable remuneration. The position offers up to 20 days of paid vacation and a defined-term contract for six months.
