The Community Support Officer is responsible for implementing the Seeds program within communities, supporting inter-institutional relations, and ensuring rigorous implementation according to established manuals. This role involves facilitating child protection approaches, operational monitoring, consolidating information for reporting, and supporting financial management and activity tracking to meet project goals efficiently.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a professional degree in Social Sciences, Education, Pedagogy, or Psychology, along with three years of experience in implementing social or humanitarian projects, preferably with NGOs in development or conflict areas. Desirable experience includes working with children/adolescents, psychosocial support, and training adults.
