What You'll Do
Provide direct financial support to the CFO or Finance Manager, working independently on recurring finance tasks. Manage and monitor bank account activity in coordination with finance leadership, maintaining accuracy and compliance. Support recurring financial reporting, reconciliations, and analysis as directed. Identify and implement opportunities to automate finance processes using AI tools.
What We're Looking For
Approximately 3 years of finance experience, ideally gained supporting a CFO or finance manager directly. Must have sufficient business context to operate independently. Demonstrated finance-specific skill set; this is a Financial Analyst function, not a generalist administrative role. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
