Conduct frequent visits to operations to generate action plans and ensure governance and execution monitoring with operational teams. Propose operational improvements to enhance strategic business indicators through data analysis aimed at problem-solving.

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. Solid experience in project management and implementation, data analysis, and process improvement, with practical knowledge of Google tools and quality methodologies, focusing on Lean methodologies. Availability to work in a hybrid model in Ribeirão Preto/SP, with regional travel and a valid driver's license.
