What You'll Do
Define the ideal number of delivery drivers per hour and region based on data, building and validating a model that balances availability and cost efficiency. Design, test, and iterate promotional strategies to engage drivers during critical hours, establishing hypotheses and success metrics. Conduct statistical analyses and experiments, transforming results into actionable recommendations.
What We're Looking For
Analytical profile with the ability to translate data into clear, measurable actions. Familiarity with SQL and advanced use of Excel or Google Sheets for hypothesis analysis and validation. Experience with Python or R for analysis and modeling is a plus.
