KushkiCore Responsibilities
This role involves guiding merchants through technical onboarding, ensuring smooth integration with Kushki's tools, and providing high-quality post-production technical assistance, acting as the first point of escalation for integration errors. The principal will also collaborate cross-functionally, translate merchant needs, and contribute to technical documentation and process improvements.
Requirements
Candidates need 2-4 years of experience in hybrid roles like Integration Engineer or Solutions Engineer, with a strong preference for experience in direct merchant support and B2B onboarding. Required technical skills include strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, Webhooks, SDKs, OAuth2/JWT, and proficiency with tools like Postman, Git, and log analysis, along with programming skills in JavaScript, Python, or Java.
