Lead the Quality and Inventory team, ensuring high performance and alignment with company culture. Monitor and manage indicators to ensure compliance with goals, SLAs, and operational standards. Analyze data to identify root causes and propose action plans. Ensure quality inspections and adherence to processes are executed.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields. Experience in people management and operational processes. Strong analytical skills and knowledge of quality standards and regulatory norms, such as Anvisa. Proficiency in electronic spreadsheets, especially Google Sheets, SQL, and performance indicator tools.
