Director of Engineering - AI & Technology

Lead engineering managers and their multidisciplinary teams, promoting autonomy, collaboration, and accountability for results. Develop managers through continuous feedback, individual conversations, and development plans. Collaborate with Product and Design leadership to define vision, roadmap, and priorities, aligning business strategy with user needs and technological evolution.

Proven experience in leading engineering managers, with responsibility for performance evaluation, feedback, and career decisions. Experience in forming teams, hiring, and evolving engineering structures. Strong background in software development and architecture, with practical experience in building or evolving solutions with generative AI and LLMs.
