The Senior Sponsorships & Experience Marketing lead will be responsible for developing and executing the comprehensive strategy for Passion Points and Experiential Marketing (physical and digital) for Naranja X, focusing on transforming football and entertainment platforms into strategic levers for connection and engagement. This role involves leading physical experience strategies, managing high-level partnerships, overseeing official merchandising, and ensuring measurable ROI through defined KPIs and cross-departmental synergy.

Requirements

Candidates must possess proven experience in similar Sponsorships and Experience Marketing roles, integrating creative vision with strong business and commercial acumen, including high-level negotiation experience with complex partners. Autonomy in decision-making, risk management in dynamic contexts, and a strategic mindset for identifying new alliance opportunities are essential, with residency in Buenos Aires being mandatory.
