Core Responsibilities

The Finance Director will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and the maintenance of strong internal controls. They will also partner with leadership to manage budgets, grant compliance, and organizational financial stewardship.

Requirements

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and five to seven years of progressively responsible experience in accounting or financial management. Strong knowledge of nonprofit accounting standards, audit processes, and financial analysis is required.
