Lead teams of software developers and ensure collaborative work towards common goals. Facilitate Agile Kanban/Scrum methodology, including organizing releases and daily stand-ups. Work closely with the product team and stakeholders to deliver value and manage dependencies across teams.

Strong experience with software development and as a Scrum Squad Leader or Scrum Master. Deep understanding of Agile principles and the Kanban framework. Proven track record of leading successful software development projects and delivering high-quality products on time and within budget.
