Security Operations Specialist

Perform level-1 triage of alarms, events, and threats escalated by the security operations center (SOC). Maintain and troubleshoot security systems deployed across all market networks and user accounts. Track and report on security non-compliance related to endpoint security coverage and device hardening. Respond and provide security guidance to remediate incidents and issues within SLA.

Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent education and/or experience. 1+ years experience in IT/Network Administration or equivalent knowledge, or one year of experience in IT Security domains. Good knowledge of Unix/Linux and Windows Operating systems and their security.
