Global Governance Operations Leader

Managing day-to-day operational market-to-order governance decisions. Leading compliance through a governance process that ensures the collection of evidence and margin impact visibility. Driving continuous improvement and automation in MTO processes, championing the globalization of strategy and governance.

Bachelor’s degree or higher. Five (5) or more years of pricing operations or incentive program management experience. Additional qualifications include a Master's degree in business, marketing, operations, or supply chain and Certified Pricing Professional (CPP).

This role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week at the 3M Center in Maplewood, MN. Remote work is possible if located in Panama. Travel may include up to 20%.
