Core Responsibilities

The Zone Lead acts as the facilitator, supporter, and controller for Store Managers in their assigned region, primarily defining and executing action plans to meet established goals. This involves ensuring the comprehensive development of the zone across key operational metrics like Order Growth (GMV), operational team management, and general metrics such as Productivity, Inventory, Delivery Times, and P&L.
