Manager Ops Readiness - BHP Chile

Provide leadership and direction for the Selection, Definition and Execution phases of Major Capital Projects. Manage the governance and authorization process effectively, avoiding unnecessary delays. Administer contract requirements and monitor contractor performance to ensure effective delivery of services.

Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Structural, Electrical) or relevant Operational experience. 10+ years of experience in managing medium to large capital projects. Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required.
