Core Responsibilities

The main objective is to guarantee continuous customer satisfaction after the sale by ensuring needs are met promptly and promoting account growth through identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Key tasks include post-sale support, customer onboarding, relationship maintenance for loyalty, account growth activities, interdepartmental collaboration for incident resolution, and results reporting and analysis.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in Sales and Post-Sale roles, along with proven experience in Customer Service, Operations, and Consultative Sales. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint at an intermediate level, and experience managing a CRM system are also required.
