Lead the capacity development strategy for Concentrator and Cathode Plant operations. Identify competency gaps through operational indicators analysis, safety, productivity, and team performance. Design and implement training programs, learning curricula, and development plans for operational and supervisory staff.

Professional degree in Civil, Industrial, Metallurgical, Chemical Engineering or related field. Experience in mining operations related to Concentrator and/or Cathode Plant (SX-EW). Knowledge of crushing, grinding, flotation, and/or hydrometallurgical processes related to cathode production. Experience in learning management, operational training, capacity development, or continuous improvement.
