Senior Salesforce Consultant - Professional Services
WorkSpanCore Responsibilities
The consultant will act as the primary technical consultant for enterprise customers, leading discovery workshops to map business objectives to Salesforce and the WorkSpan data model, and translating executive goals into technical designs and delivery plans. Responsibilities also include leading end-to-end Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations using the WorkSpan Managed Package, performing configurations, customizations, and ensuring solutions are scalable and compliant.
Requirements
Candidates must possess 4-5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, focusing heavily on Sales Cloud, along with deep expertise in debugging, Flow Automation, SOQL, and data modeling. Essential requirements include proven experience with Managed Packages, fundamental knowledge of Salesforce integrations, and the ability to support B2B/co-selling business models while communicating effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
