Operations Territory Manager

The Territory Manager is responsible for the end-to-end operational performance of a cluster of cities, leading local strategy execution to optimize supply, demand, quality, and operational efficiency across key indicators like ETA and cancellations. This role involves managing the territory as a business unit, making informed decisions based on deep metric analysis, and acting as a liaison between various cross-functional teams.
Requirements
Candidates must have 3 to 5 years of experience in operations, supply, logistics, or marketplace performance management within dynamic environments, preferably managing multi-city operations. Essential requirements include strong analytical capabilities, proficiency with data tools like Excel/Google Sheets and ideally SQL/Power BI, and excellent leadership and influencing skills to drive results without direct authority.
