Senior Product Compliance Manager

Collaborate with product teams to empower product managers and engineers in building compliant products for the Brazilian market. Conduct regulatory risk assessments for local payment products and translate complex Bacen regulations into actionable product requirements. Proactively identify and manage regulatory risks across Wise's Brazilian product suite and oversee the first-line control environment.

Extensive experience advising on Brazilian financial regulations and Bacen frameworks. Strong legal or regulatory background with hands-on experience in foreign exchange operations and payment institutions. Exceptional communication skills in both English and Portuguese.
