Engineering Manager

Lead and supervise engineering teams responsible for the technological definition, implementation, and evolution of assets. Ensure business strategies and initiatives are executed in compliance with internal policies. Mentor and coach teams, fostering high motivation and performance while resolving complex obstacles.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related fields. Advanced English proficiency is required. At least 8 years of experience in software development and design, with 3+ years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of modern software technologies and agile operational models.
