Understand the client's business problem through user and stakeholder interviews and workflow mapping. Lead the discovery process for assigned accounts and adapt Monks' solutions to meet identified needs. Develop initial prototypes using AI tools, validate them with real users, and translate findings into clear requirements for the technical team.

Proven experience leading discovery processes and user research, focusing on translating business problems into concrete solutions. Fluency in AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) for rapid prototyping. Experience in onboarding, training, or product adoption with end clients.
