Collect, review, and organize documentation for new hires in coordination with Personnel Administration. Ensure all candidates meet requirements before their first day. Manage candidate lists and flows for onboarding sessions, confirming attendance and group placements. Maintain constant contact with candidates via Voximplant, addressing questions clearly and promptly.
Requirements
1 to 2 years of experience in an administrative role in human resources or a similar position. Experience in managing onboarding processes and document administration. Familiarity with HR systems like Bamboo HR or similar. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
