Total Rewards & Workforce Planning Partner
SGSCore Responsibilities
This role is responsible for designing and managing the Total Rewards strategy, including incentives, aligning external competitiveness with internal equity, and leading workforce planning and productivity analysis for Peru and Ecuador. The partner will also define job grading, optimize labor spending through financial modeling, and act as a strategic partner to Finance and HR Business Partners.
Requirements
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, Workforce Planning, or finance roles with exposure to people cost, along with indispensable experience in Peruvian labor legislation. Strong financial modeling, data analysis skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and intermediate English are also required.
