The role involves managing post-contemplation operations, including processing cashback and guaranteed repurchase benefits, and acting as an operational interface with the administrator. Additionally, the analyst will execute the operational routine for partner commission payments, reconcile delinquency data, and handle daily review of consortium sales for financial compliance.
Requirements
Candidates must possess extreme attention to detail, a resilient focus on delivery to handle high volumes of reconciliation, and executive autonomy to resolve routine operational issues. Proficiency with Excel/Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and CRMs is required, with prior experience in Consortium, Insurance, or Real Estate operations being a differential.
