Support and develop member portfolios by providing necessary assistance to portfolio managers. Prospect new members and businesses by understanding their activities and financial needs. Facilitate member interaction with self-service channels and provide guidance on using available products and technology.

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Law, or related fields. Experience in commercial customer service and knowledge of financial products and services. ANBIMA certification (CPA required, C-Pro R preferred).
