Atendente de Pré-Vendas (SDR)

Conduct active outreach to leads via phone and WhatsApp. Qualify leads and generate interest in products. Prepare leads for the sales process by warming them up. Support the sales team by delivering more mature leads for conversion. Maintain and update information in the CRM to ensure an organized sales funnel.

High school diploma required. Experience in sales, active call center roles, retention, or collections. Strong communication and persuasive skills with a goal-oriented mindset. Basic knowledge of the Office suite.
