Coordinate the resolution of daily operational incidents, acting as the main point of contact between involved teams. Collaborate on optimization projects, implementation of new functionalities, and expansion of the same-day shipping network.

Completed university degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. 2 years of professional experience in logistics operations, data analysis, e-commerce, or supply chain. Experience in analyzing operational management indicators and interacting with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Microsoft Excel, Tableau, or Looker Studio; experience with AI tools is desirable.
