Core Responsibilities

The Manager, Talent Acquisition LAC will align talent acquisition strategies with Mastercard’s talent agenda and oversee the recruitment efforts across the TECH business in the Latin America and Caribbean region. This role includes acting as a Talent Advisor and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to tailor talent acquisition strategies.

Requirements

Candidates should have experience in implementing talent acquisition programs and a proven track record of delivering hiring results. Familiarity with hiring for TECH roles and fluency in English are also required.
