What You'll Do
Ensure quality customer service during claims situations, complying with the position's KPIs. Provide assistance to clients at accident sites and manage responsibility assessments for traffic incidents. Follow up with service providers such as tow trucks and civil works, and monitor vehicles sent to workshops.
What We're Looking For
High school diploma required. Desirable 1 year of experience in customer service. Knowledge of AMIS liability guidelines, local and federal traffic regulations, and standard vehicle operation. Must have a valid driver's license and experience as an adjuster in auto claims.
