Core Responsibilities

The Programmatic Media Supervisor will manage designated paid media accounts end-to-end, ensuring pacing and KPI requirements are met while owning all media strategy, project ideation, road-mapping, and testing. This role involves managing a small team, guiding their development, and acting as the primary internal and external point of contact for owned accounts.

Requirements

Candidates must have 6-8+ years of Paid Media experience, including managing accounts with budgets between $200K-$1MM monthly, and extensive experience across programmatic ad platforms like The Trade Desk or DV360. Strong client-facing skills, team management experience, and proficiency in designing and deploying comprehensive testing strategies are essential.
