What You'll Do
Plan and execute continuous discovery research, including customer and stakeholder interviews. Conduct usability testing on prototypes to identify friction before build begins. Synthesize qualitative data into clear, prioritized recommendations for product leadership. Present findings to non-research audiences, including senior stakeholders, to support decision-making.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a User Researcher with a track record of generative and evaluative research. Strong qualitative research skills, including in-depth interviews and contextual enquiry. Experience with usability testing methodologies, both moderated and unmoderated. Ability to synthesize large volumes of qualitative data into actionable insights.
