Drive the engagement, profitability, and sustainability of the business through strategic and consultative support to the commercial network. Promote continuous training and transfer of specialized knowledge to strengthen technical and commercial capabilities.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or related fields. Minimum of four years of experience in the financial sector, preferably in SME Banking, with experience in marketing and managing transactional service solutions. Knowledge of transactional portfolio and consultative commercial management skills.
