Core Responsibilities

Manage the activation of customer data to develop and execute an end-to-end CRM strategy and communications plan. Continuously refine multi-channel communications and develop retention strategies. Support the CRM Manager in defining the customer lifecycle and contact strategies across all customer touch-points. Ensure all campaigns have clearly defined success metrics that are tracked and analyzed.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing and CRM, mobile and web environments. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and ESPs like Mailchimp or Sendgrid. Proficient in HTML and good copywriting skills. Experience in A/B testing and dynamic templates.
