Manage quality and operational performance indicators (KPIs). Design metrics for operational programs. Lead Lean initiatives and continuous improvement projects, identifying opportunities to impact productivity, quality, costs, and experience.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business Engineering, Logistics Engineering, or related field. Certification in Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, process management, or continuous improvement is desirable. Knowledge of SQL and Google Sheets.
