Sr. Technical Program Manager, 1P lending

Own programs from start to finish, planning and running lending programs for Brazil and Mexico. Coordinate engineering teams in São Paulo and India while aligning roadmaps and timelines across time zones. Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Risk to translate regulatory requirements into technical plans and deliverables.

5+ years of technical product or program management experience. 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams. 3+ years of software development experience. Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams and defining KPIs/SLA's.
