Own the User Growth strategy for Brazil, focusing on new members, subscribers, upgrades, and retention. Build and sustain partnerships with senior Brazil country leadership, translating results into strategic narratives. Lead and develop a regional team, using AI tools for data analysis and campaign development.

Fluent in Portuguese and English. Proven experience as a growth/marketing leader with P&L-level trade-offs. Strong analytical skills with a track record of improving growth funnel performance. Experience in managing cross-functional teams and building stakeholder relationships.
