What You'll Do
Manage the comprehensive HR agenda for the operational and administrative staff at the Margarinas plant. Lead labor relations with the union, ensuring compliance with the Collective Labor Agreement and current labor legislation. Coordinate internal communication plans and conduct organizational climate surveys, developing action plans based on results.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in generalist Human Resources within industrial or manufacturing environments. Proven experience in labor relations and managing unionized personnel.
What We Offer
This position is full-time and will serve the Margarinas factory in Tultitlán, Mexico. It will involve transitioning to the company FLORA, ensuring operational continuity during this change.
