What You'll Do
Maximize the recovery of mortgage loans by advising and providing payment alternatives. Develop and follow up on mortgage collection strategies using various contact channels. Apply communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills to recover mortgage loans based on quality standards and operational needs.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree or in progress in economic-administrative areas or Social Sciences (Law). 1.5 years of experience in collection, specifically in consumer credit or mortgage collection. Required skills include negotiation and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
