The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for achieving case, revenue, profit, receivables, and distribution objectives within the assigned geographic region through field supervision and development of Sales Representatives. This role involves maximizing profitable growth, exploring new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and ensuring strict adherence to company policies and reporting requirements.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or Sales Management, along with a Diploma/Certificate in Supervisory Management. A minimum of five years of sales experience is required, with at least two years in a supervisory capacity, including experience in merchandising, trade development, and promotions.
