Construction Estimator (Grading, Concrete & Plumbing)
AgentCore Responsibilities
Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and complete cost estimates. Develop bid proposals, RFIs, submittals, and estimating documentation. Review construction drawings, specifications, and bid packages. Estimate grading, site utilities, foundations, structural concrete, slabs, decks, site concrete, and plumbing scopes.
Requirements
2+ years of experience estimating U.S. commercial construction projects. Civil Engineering degree or equivalent estimating experience preferred. Experience estimating grading, concrete, and plumbing projects. Proficiency with PlanSwift, Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff (OST), or similar estimating software.
