Conduct on-site visits to partner restaurants to diagnose operational bottlenecks and propose solutions. Train kitchen teams and operations staff to apply technical knowledge in real-world scenarios. Analyze operational metrics to guide recommendations and validate the impact of interventions. Manage improvement projects from diagnosis to implementation, ensuring clear phases and responsibilities.

Proven experience in kitchen operations or restaurant management. Deep knowledge of gastronomy and kitchen operations, including pre-preparation and delivery processes. Strong analytical skills to interpret operational metrics and connect them to decision-making. Familiarity with AI and digital tools for process optimization.

Home office flexibility with 2 days per week for analysis, planning, and reporting. Opportunities for travel within São Paulo and potentially to other regions.
