Actively prospect eligible real estate agencies for portfolio sales, generating and qualifying leads. Conduct complex high-value negotiations directly with owners and decision-makers. Utilize decision matrices and pricing calculators to propose customized offers and payment terms. Organize and maintain an updated pipeline, ensuring visibility on the status of each deal.
Requirements
Experience in B2B sales, particularly in real estate or related fields. Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle complex financial discussions. Familiarity with decision-making matrices and pricing strategies. Ability to work in a hybrid model with frequent field visits.
