Lead Senior Estimator - Data Center Construction

Develop cost plans and estimates from concept through detailed design with internal and external staff. Deliver and present updated cost plans at appropriate design milestones. Review proposed design changes and prepare estimates within appropriate accuracy levels. Support training to Development and external Estimating teams on new project estimating tools/templates.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in construction management, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of relevant experience in a construction cost management role. Strong knowledge of technical construction matters, including Value Engineering. Advanced English proficiency.
