University degree in Engineering, Administration, Logistics, Economics, Digital Business, Marketing, or related fields. Experience leading teams or regional projects in logistics, e-commerce, marketplaces, technology, operations, or digital businesses. Proven experience in logistics operations management, last mile, distribution networks, or ecosystems with multiple actors. Familiarity with data analysis tools and generative AI for analysis, automation, and process scalability.
