The Customer Success Account Manager acts as the primary delivery lead, empowering strategic customers to achieve value across Digital Cloud platforms by orchestrating post-sales delivery and support across the Microsoft and Partner ecosystem. This role involves building customer relationships, leading strategic program execution, managing delivery resources, and aligning Microsoft technology with customer business objectives to drive operational health and growth.

Requirements

Candidates need a minimum of a Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of experience in customer success, solution delivery, or related consulting roles, with advanced proficiency in English and French required. Preferred qualifications include additional years of experience, industry-specific work experience, and relevant certifications like ITIL or PMI.
